Preface

Paigham-e-Pakistan is a national consensus document developed in accordance with the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the Constitution of Pakistan. Endorsed by leading Islamic scholars, religious institutions, and academic experts from across the country, it promotes peace, religious harmony, tolerance, justice, and national unity.

Prepared under the guidance of the State of Pakistan, the document rejects extremism and violence while encouraging coexistence, spirituality, mutual respect, and the rule of law. It serves as a national code of conduct aimed at strengthening Pakistan as a peaceful, progressive, and united nation.
