SUBJECT: APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION AND DECLARATION OF OUR RELIGIOUS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS UNDER CHAPTER NO.1 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF PAKISTAN 1973.
Respectfully sheweth
- That applicant name is Hammad Riaz sb who is real son of our spiritual guide (مرشد پاک) Syedna Riaz Ahmad Gohar Shahi r.a. Applicant is also chairman of supreme council of Anjuman Sarfroshan-e-Islam 1975 Registered Pakistan.
- That we born in Pakistan, we love Pakistan, we are citizen of Pakistan, we are law abiding person, our activities, act and reaction are in according with the law and we proud to be a Pakistani.
- School of thought is Sunni (سنی مکتبہ فقر)
We believe in five pillars of Islam. Namaz believe and perform according to Sunna. - Belief (عقیدہ)
Our belief is Brelvi. We believe in Quran and Sunna translated by Ahmad Raza Khan Brelvi r.a while performing on five pillars of Islam.
we also celebrate monthly and annual programs of 12 Rabi ul Awal of Milad un-Nabi (S.A.W.W) and 11ve Sharif of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani r.a. Our believe is like Sufi saints. We believe in Eman-e-Mufasil and Eman-e-Mujamil (ایمان مفصل، ایمان مجمل), we believe in 6 Kalma, we believe and respect all companions of Holly Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H), we love Ahl-e-Bait, we believe in 12 Imams of Ahl-e-Bait, we believe in Ghous ul Azam r.a, we love and respect all Sufi saints and all Sufi’s are our spiritual treasurer. - Jurisprudence (فقہ)
Our jurisprudence is Hanfi and our prayers, method of prayer and Islamic personal law wedding, divorce etc is Hanfi.

Qadri’s are connected to Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani r.a and spreading teaching and benevolence of Hazoor Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani r.a, our system of spiritual benevolence is same as Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Bahoo r.a, our teaching, ideologies and spiritual believe is same as Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Bahoo r.a. - End of Prophethood
Applicant has strong and firmed belief in the end of Prophet Hood. Whoever claims to be prophet after Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is infidel (کافر). There is no compromise or soft corner on the end of Prophet Hood. Son of my Spiritual Guide Respected Hammad Riaz is also working on the end of Prophet Hood. That my father did not claimed to be Mehdi. He only elaborated the signs of true Imam Mehdi. It is a false allegation against my father that he claimed to be Mehdi. Being a son of my father Syedna Riaz Ahmad Gohar Shahi r.a I strongly condemn this false allegation.
It is pertinent to mention here that applicant / said organization and sons of Spiritual Guide do not have any relation with Younis Maloon. Younis Maloon is involved in murder of my father by poisoning, and he is the real enemy of my father. We all curse upon Younis Maloon. Our announcement of indifference is mentioned in the book and booklet which are attached with the instant application.

PRAYER.
